Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee availability or create a service agreement.

No sale, advertising, or AI training

Swept Away Cleaning Service does not:

• Share personal information for third-party advertising
• Use personal information to build advertising profiles
• Use submitted information to train artificial-intelligence models
• Disclose personal information for purposes unrelated to responding to the request, operating the business, or complying with legal obligations

Service providers

Limited information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website and business, such as website hosting, email delivery, form security, and technical support providers.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services. Swept Away does not authorize them to use estimate-request information for their own advertising or unrelated purposes.

Spam and bot protection

The estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or abusive submissions.

Turnstile may process limited technical signals associated with the browser, device, network connection, or interaction with the form. A verification token is submitted to Cloudflare to determine whether the request appears valid. This information is used for website security and spam prevention.

Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

Swept Away Cleaning Service does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or website-analytics services.

Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical mechanisms necessary to provide its website-security function. Swept Away does not use Turnstile information for advertising or marketing analytics.

If analytics, advertising technologies, or optional cookies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before those technologies are enabled. Any notice or consent mechanism required for their use will also be added.

How we contact you

We may contact you using the email address or phone number you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Ask questions about the property or requested service
• Discuss an estimate
• Coordinate scheduling or access

Submitting the form does not enroll you in promotional email or text-message marketing.

However, no website, email system, internet transmission, or electronic-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should avoid submitting highly sensitive information through the estimate form.

The form should not be used to submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, access codes, alarm codes, or other highly sensitive information.
